Camping: where the kids are free and happy and the parents are uncomfortable 😅
Sweetwater Creek is such a nice space, you can hike (easy to moderate difficulty), swim at the lake, stay overnight at the yurts, or pitch your tent ⛺.
We rarely saw the kids… they were off with their friends boating, playing board games, discussing books, roasting marshmallows, jumping rope, sharing snacks, and building bonfires.
This glamping experience was a nice practice for our tent camping coming up on Labor Day, especially in the food department. I feel all we ate was grilled chicken, burgers, hot dogs, and barely any veggies, we definitely need to plan better meals for the next one.
